Wrapped in bananas leaves stuffed with rice, potatos, carrots, green beans and chicken. served with our delicious Mole sauce.

Tamales Negros

(Black Tamales)
Corn dough flavored with ground vegetables. Served with chicken garnished with raisings, almonds and jalapeños. Finished with your choice of Mole or Chipotlé sauce.

Tamales de Puerco

(Pork Tamales)

Corn dough stuffed with pork. Finished with a tomatillo green sauce.

Tamales de Elote

(Corn Tamales)

The dough is made with fresh corn, cinnamon, sugar and butter. Finished with a cream and corn sauce. Served with a salad.

Tamales Dulces de Michoacán

A sweet dough stuffed with grapes and pineapple sauce. Served with chocolate Mexicano drink.
